- Start with a 2 minute Max Cal Row
- Subtract total number of calories from 75
- The remaining number is how many burpees you complete to stop the clock
- This workout is done with a running clock (time includes the 2 minute row)

EX.... 75 - (50 Cals) = 25 Burpees
