We are open 7 days a week for group classes at the following times listed below. Private Foundations or one-on-one training sessions are scheduled before or after group classes. Platforms are available for weightlifting during class times permitted there is space. 

We are closed on New Year's Day, Digestion Day (day after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day. Members are notified directly for any weather-related cancellations.
