The Swamp is an 8,000 square foot facility located across from Burpee Road (yes, really) and Swampscott High School at 171 Essex Street in Swampscott, MA.
Our property is outfitted with men's and women's locker rooms with bathrooms, showers and large changing areas in each. There is parking around both sides of the building and in back.
Our list of equipment continues to grow, but we currently offer access to men's and women's barbells, 3,500 lbs of bumper plates, kettlebells, medicine balls, Concept 2 rowers, Assault AirBikes, pull-up and muscle-up rig, gymnastics rings, jump ropes, plyo-boxes, abmats, foam rollers and resistance bands.
