IMMEDIATE SCHEDULE CHANGE - MUST READ

We hope you are all doing well. The situation as you know is constantly evolving. We are doing the absolute best we can to stay open, keep everyone as safe as possible, and offer everyone something that works for your situation whether you want to work out at home or at the gym (either in a class setting or in an open gym). We are taking it a day at a time. The theme of Monday, March 16th is "Progress Not Perfection." Thank you, thank you, thank you for being as flexible as you can in these abnormal circumstances we're all facing. Exercise is a great release. Stay engaged and keep moving somehow. We are here for you and we will get through this.
*WE NEED TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE GYM AT ANY ONE TIME*
1. We are going back to offering group classes and open gym WITH A 12-PERSON CAP. This is a HARD CAP.
You will sign up for each class or open gym via Zen Planner. Download the Zen Planner app for free on your iOS or Android phone. Log in with the email you are reading this message from. If you don't know your password, click on the Forgot Password hyperlink and a new temporary password will be emailed to you. You will be able to see the full calendar and be able to sign up for a class up to 12 hours prior to start time.
****If you do not sign up for class via Zen Planner and you show up to a class that is already full, we unfortunately cannot accommodate you. Please do not take it personally - we are implementing this temporary measure to keep everyone safe and keep our doors open as long as possible. We have never required class signups before but these are extraordinary times, so this is a new process for us. Please bear with us as we implement this - we really appreciate your patience.****
2. We are adding a 30-minute break in between classes to allow for people to filter out/in, minimize traffic, and also implement extra cleaning.
3. We are also offering three separate 2-hour OPEN GYM sessions throughout the day. Just like the classes, these are a 12-person hard cap.
4. If you cannot make it to the gym, or choose not to come to the gym, we will still be doing the AT HOME WORKOUT programming as well, which we are sending out via email and posting on the blog every day.
5. IF YOU ARE SICK, OR ARE FEELING SICK, DO NOT COME TO THE GYM. ALSO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE AT HOME BEFORE COMING TO THE GYM.

Monday through Friday:
5am - CrossFit
6:30am - SWEAT
8am - 10am Open Gym #1
11am - CrossFit
12pm - 2pm - Open Gym #2
2pm - 4pm - Open Gym #3
4:30pm - CrossFit
6pm - SWEAT
Saturday:
6am - CrossFit
7:30am - SWEAT
9am - CrossFit
10am - 12pm - OPEN GYM
Sunday:
7:30am - SWEAT
9am - CrossFit
10am - 12pm - OPEN GYM
