/Something to note here....although the workload is identical, when comparing this to "Baby Barbara" note the descending vs ascending rep scheme...does this play a mental game with you? Is it easier to push when you have a lower rep count coming next? Does having the higher skilled movement at the end make a difference? You tell me...
