***NOTE***

Tomorrow morning, due to the 17.2 Open announcement of a 12-minute workout that will require the use of 2 dumbbells per athlete per heat, we will be running an open gym heat-style format between 5am-7am (first heat going off between 5:15-5:30am)....Gym will be open at 4:30am. Get there early, start stretching/warming up, start playing around with the dumbbells to get a feel for the movement. 

Tomorrow night, we will have our traditional "Friday Night Fights" with the same open gym style format with heats from 5:20pm-7pm+...gym will be open all afternoon before the 5pm. Get there early, start stretching/warming up, start playing around with the dumbbells to get a feel for the movement. 

Regardless of which class you attend tomorrow, be prepared to have the class run a few minutes late. We will do the best we can for you guys. See you tomorrow. Let's do this!
