Two of the most committed people you know....Jen and Steve Lento.
Congratulations to everyone that made the Committed Club in August. A very, very special congratulations to Jen Lento and Steve Lento. They are the newest members of the prestigious Gold Kettlebell Club, which signifies TWENTY FOUR months of 15+ attendances per month. Wow. They are the 7th and 8th members of the Gold Club. When I think of the Lentos I think of hard work and determination. Both of them have demanding jobs, they raise two wonderful little boys, they care about everything they do and doing it the right way, they show up consistently (obviously), they put in extra work, they are constantly grinding, and they don't make excuses. They continuously raise the bar for themselves and do not cut corners in the process to get there. All of these things contribute to their success both inside and outside of The Swamp. It is a pleasure to coach this passionate and determined duo, and it's an honor to call them our friends. Congratulations to The Lentos. Please make sure to congratulate the two of them the next time you see them. Cheers guys!
